New Life! New Year!
We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised Pfrom the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. Rom 6:4
As this past year has ended and we look back, what do we see? Have we realized complete satisfaction in all that we have achieved or do we see regret and missed opportunities and failures? As we look back over the years we findsome years filled with joy and others marked with tragedy.
Praise God for His unfailing grace He has given us through His Son Jesus Christ. God is a God of new beginnings, if you have regrets or failures over this past year, take them to God and ask for His forgiveness for your past failures or weaknesses, be specific for God is just to forgive you and fill you with renewed strength to grow.
Be encouraged for a new year with new beginnings. A year filled with opportunities to honor Him and to serve Him faithfully. Be encouraged because we serve a just and loving God who has provided a way for our salvationthrough His Son Jesus Christ that we may have eternal life. Hallelujah!
In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace. Eph 1:7 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift
of God-not by works, so that no one can boast. Eph. 2:8-9
Be encouraged because God loves you, and you are not going into this new year alone. Look forward to the exciting new opportunities God has in store for you. Look forward to experiencing God day by day, and await His wonderful grace He has planned for you as you follow Him daily.
Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Heb 4:16
God has empowered us with the Holy Spirit to do all things that is within His will. Use It! or like Nike says, "Just Do It" We look forward to a new year filled with God's grace in all things, in joyous times and in times of growth, We know that He is there by our side guiding and leading us. Gracious New Year!
The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen. Rev 22:21
Heavenly Father, it is our prayer today that we will be mindful of you each and every moment of every day so that we may do your will and serve you in the way you desire. Father we thank you for your forgiveness of our past failures and only remember our glories in you, you are a just and loving God and we praise you for that. Thank you Father for your many blessings you show on us daily and thank you Father for growing us into your likeness. We bring all honor and glory to you.....in Jesus name we pray....amen
