God's Word!
Deuteronomy 12:32 Carefully obey all the commands I give you. Do not add to them or subtract from them.
Revelation 22:18 And I solemnly declare to everyone who hears the prophetic words of this book: If anyone adds anything to what is written here, God will add to that person the plagues described in this book.
Be careful to test what you are being told that is from God and from His word. When someone tells you they have a revelation from God just for them, test what is being told to you by the scriptures. Test what you are told so that it doesn't contradict scriptures, if it does then it is not from God, it is from man and he will be judged for giving false doctrine.
The scriptures warn us not to add to or take away from what God has revealed to us as His truth. Be careful, be very careful, no matter how polished or convincing it may sound, no matter how well known or how well educated one may seem to be, always test what is being proclaimed by God's word in the Bible. God's word must verify the truth of what is correct and true.
God is faithful to reveal truth if we just ask. Go to Him and ask for truth and understanding, He will give freely to those who ask in the Spirit. Always seek truth, test everything, don't be intimidated to ask questions. By asking we receive information to help us in our quest for truth. God is all truth and the way, seek Him first and all things will be revealed through Him.
Heavenly Father, we praise you and glorify your Holy name. Enlighten us Lord to the truth that you have set down for us, show us the way we should walk and keep us safe in our journey with you. This we ask in Jesus Christ name........amen
